Description
This species of Mountain mint blooms in mid summer with white clusters of flowers. Mountain mints are a pollinator favorite and attract incredible numbers of small bees, wasps and butterflies. It is a crucial native host plant for various insects including the Wavy-lined Emerald Moth, Hermit Sphinx moth and Tobacco Budworm moth. The foliage has a minty fragrance and can be used in teas. North American Native plant. Both the flowers and foliage are excellent in cut flower arrangements.
