Refund and Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase is a healthy plant and true to name. If you feel that your plant is not in good condition or not what you ordered please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. If your shipment was damaged in transport, a picture before and after opening is required.

If you cancel an order before shipment, you will be issued a refund minus a 3% processing fee. Once an order has shipped, it can not be cancelled or returned.
