Spring shipping will resume after March 15th and will be based on your delivery location. We reserve the right to delay shipping based on weather conditions

If you feel that your plant is not in good condition or not what you ordered please contact us within 4 days of receiving your shipment. If your shipment was damaged in transport, a picture before and after opening is required.

If you cancel an order before shipment, you will be issued a refund minus a 3% processing fee. Once an order has shipped, it can not be cancelled or returned.
