Description

This species of Mountain mint is native to the Appalachian mountains. It blooms in mid summer with white clusters of flowers . Mountain mints are a pollinator favorite and attract incredible numbers of small bees, wasps and butterflies. The foliage has a minty fragrance and can be used in teas. North American Native plant.
