Description
This species of Mountain mint has very fine textured foliage that is topped with small clusters of white blooms. Mountain mints are a pollinator favorite and attract incredible numbers of small bees, wasps and butterflies. It is a crucial native host plant for the Wavy-lined Emerald moth, Hermit Sphinx moth and Tobacco Budworm moths. The foliage has a minty fragrance and can be used in teas. North American Native plant. Both the flowers and foliage are excellent in cut flower arrangements.
